Data controller

What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), service requested and the message you write to us. No other personal data is collected during normal site browsing, except as described in the Cookie section.

Why we collect data

Data sent via the contact form is used exclusively to answer your requests, provide quotes and arrange the requested photography services. It is not used for marketing, profiling or transferred to third parties.

Legal basis

Processing of data sent via the contact form is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject (art. 6.1.b GDPR). For analytics cookies, the legal basis is consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

How long we keep data

Contact form messages are kept for the time needed to fulfil the request and, in case of a contractual relationship, for 10 years from closing as required by tax regulations. Server logs are kept for 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, object to its processing, request its portability and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights write to info@nicolabuosi.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Third-country transfers

Data is stored on servers located in the European Economic Area. Some services used (e.g. hosting) may involve transfers to third countries in compliance with adequacy decisions or European Commission standard contractual clauses.

This site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation (storing the selected language and cookie choice) and, with your consent, anonymous and aggregated analytics cookies to understand site usage. No profiling or marketing cookies are active.
